@Nusrat_Tazkia · Canada

I am a graduate of the University of Ottawa with an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology and an Honours BSc in Biomedical Science. I offer online tutoring in Biology (Grades 9–11), General Science (Grades 9–10), foundational Chemistry, Mathematics (Grades 1–11), and English Language Arts (Grades 1–12). I am fluently bilingual in English and French and completed my secondary education entirely in French, so I can support students in either language, including French Immersion. I also offer Quran and Islamic Studies instruction for children, drawing on my experience leading weekly halaqas and teaching youth in community settings. I am currently pursuing Hifdh and enrolled in the Dream Program with Bayyinah TV, a Quranic Arabic program. My approach to teaching is to find the specific gap or misunderstanding a student is carrying, rather than repeating the same explanation. I focus on building both understanding and confidence. Sessions are online, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
